Exchange Policy
Ensuring you the best experience is our first priority. Hence we made some trouble-free return policies. These are as follows:
Cancellation:
Just give us a call if you decide to cancel your order within 3 hours, as once we dispatch the item from our store you’ll have to pay the delivery fee to cancel the order.
Exchange:

- Any product can be exchanged for another size or a different product of the same or higher value within two weeks of purchase.

- The item must be in the same condition when you received it, with the original tag attached to it, it must also be in the original packaging.

- customers are encouraged to check the product properly before making the payment to the delivery agent.

- If there are any issue regarding size or any defect, or if the customer decides not to take the product, they are encouraged to return the product on spot to the delivery agent.

- for exchange delivery charges has to be paid by the customer . But if there is a defect ( happens very rarely ),or If the wrong size is sent by us, we will cover the delivery charge.
Return & Refund:

- If you are not satisfied with the quality or none of the sizes fit, you will get a full refund within 7 working days ( after we receive the product and check the condition). Refund will be made via same method used for making the payment.
- Discounted items are exempt from being returned. However, these items can be exchanged for other products of same or higher value, or an equal amount of store credit for future purchase.
